I’m going to take a break this week on quilting my queue of quilts. Now that Scrapitude is done, the next step is to get some practice fabric/batting on the frame and test out the thread I want to use to quilt Moon Glow. But I’m going to step away this week and work on the other items on my to do list that I’ve been moving from week to week. I also know that work is going to be really busy (it’s the first week of the quarter) so … I may find myself working longer hours than normal.
I’m looking forward to a great week!
Have a great week!

Remember to take time for yourself during a busy week.
Thanks Charlene! I appreciate the reminder. Sometimes I get so busy trying to get everything done that I forget to take the time to keep myself in good spirits. But that’s really important! 🙂
It sounds like you have some fun projects to work on this week! Usually I find my projects to be almost “therapeutic”. This week, I’m hoping to finish up a quilt and pillow set that I’ve been working on for my granddaughter. I’ve already finished the quilt, but need to finish pillow case. Then tomorrow (I can’t wait!) I’m hoping to begin working on a quilt for my other granddaughter for her birthday. I hope you have fun with all your projects, too! 🙂
I didn’t get to spend that much time during the week but I make sure to take the time on the weekends. I agree with you that working on my projects is therapeutic and any little bit of quilty time helps clear my mind and focus on non quilty tasks. 🙂
Yay for a finish! It looks fabulous, and big!! Good luck this week; I hope you get some time for yourself. 🙂 Thanks for linking to MCM!
Thanks Beth!
Scrapitude looks great. Congratulations on the finish!
Thanks Bonnie!
