THE STORY
This is the second Bonnie Hunter Mystery Quilt I am participating in. My first was last year’s Easy Street. I didn’t enjoy the process initially. I believe I’m too much of a control freak and not knowing where I’m going was really hard for me. I did enjoy the process once I got the final step and the big reveal. The things I enjoyed about it was working with a group of people on the same project at the same time and being able to see how others are doing on it. I also enjoyed how similar and dissimilar each of our projects were. I enjoyed working on it at a guild sew in and people knowing which quilt I was working on from just the look of it. So this year I’m going to try to let go of some of my control and just go with it. 🙂 We’ll see how that goes.
