Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving!

I’m actually getting a little done today before we head over to our family gathering.  The kids spent the night at their cousin’s house and will go straight to the family gathering from there.  I finished the Leche Flan last night and the Bibingka is in the oven now.  I’ve got a bit of time and I was able to get the October block for A Rainbow Garden started and a little hand quilting on my First Quilt. I hope to work a bit on Raining Cats and Dogs and get started on Block 4 for Hampton Ridge before I need to get ready to go.  Tomorrow for Black Friday Sew In, I plan to do my black Friday shopping online, finish Block 4 of Hampton Ridge and get started on Celtic Solstice.  I am super excited for Celtic Solstice.  I didn’t like my Easy Street experience initially and I thought I wouldn’t be interested in doing another Bonnie Hunter mystery.  However, after it was all said and done, I really enjoyed the overall experience.  We’ll see if I still feel the same after a few weeks but right now I’m excited that tomorrow we’ll have the first step.
