I finally counted all the fabric I scored from my guild’s treasure hunt. It was a whopping 36 yards! And I only spent $13! Great on the pocket book but not so great on the stash report. I’m actually okay with this. I’ll be in the red until I get Hampton Ridge finished but it was too great a deal to pass up. 🙂
For the fabric stash:

For the Budget: The spending was out of control this week also. In addition to the guild treasure hunt, I paid for my monthly BOMs at the LQS, and bought markers to make my bullet journal colorful. I actually went through a couple until I found the right ones that wouldn’t bleed. They are the Tombow brush pens. I love them!

Do you keep all of these? I have been because we can use such small scraps for wool applique. I don’t know if I’ll want to do anything with it but I may so I’m keeping it for now. It’s not that much, just about twice the size of a sandwich bag. Maybe one day I’ll decide I don’t need them and throw them out.

I didn’t realize there were so many steps with the wool applique… it was fun to see all your photos. The prep work would take quite a bit of time! Enjoy the slow stitching today!
