I finished clue #1 and I’m working on clue #2.  Either the clues are easier this year, I’m more focused, or my new way of getting through each step is working.  I think it’s a bit of all three.  Whatever the reason, I’m happy it’s going so well so early in the mystery.  I hope it continues.  I went through all my eligible neutral scraps and even dug into yardage to get through clue #1.  I love doing Bonnie’s mysteries each year because it helps use up my scraps and fabric!

I’m about a third of the way done with clue #2 but I’ve got a third half done and another third cut and ready to go. Once that last third is done, I’ll have to do a final count because I think that will put me at finished or very close to finished.  I hope to get these completed by Friday for our next clue.

Happy quilting!

  1. Your fabrics are so cheerful. I agree that the mystery seems to be going better this year. I hope it continues that way.

    • With her comments on this last clue I have a feeling it will be more challenging. I do not have the new ruler she is referring to so we’ll see how it goes! 🙂

  2. You’re pretty close to keeping up! Hope you finished part 3 by yesterday. It sounds like you are enjoying it, anyway.
