A long time ago I started writing about 3 things I’m grateful for in a gratitude journal. And it’s helped my mental and emotional well being a lot over the years. Here are the 3 items on my list today –
- dad came out of the hospital after another incident of fluid in his lungs. They tested him for covid-19 and he is negative!
- my sourdough bread is so scrumptious
- I had the ability to support my LQS and I’m thankful to be in a position to do that.
