One of my local shops is doing this monthly thing—- a door banner of the month. I saw it and wanted to do it. But I couldn’t sign up online to prepay for the whole kit and caboodle so I procrastinated and forgot about it. But then I was hanging out with a friend who had purchased it and the kits come in a cute box… Well that sealed the deal and I called the shop and signed up for it.

I picked mine up and got this banner fused together in a day. It’s been awhile since I did something like this so I messed up a bit and had some trials. But I prevailed and I think it’s so dang cute.

This is why I buy all the thread I could in all the colors!!! I felt so justified when I found matching colors for all my pieces.

My blanket stitch setting is 2.25 stitch length and the width is the default setting on my machine. I did practice the blanket stitch for a bit until I found a length I liked.

I got all of these stitched down except the bunny or the letters. the letters will be the hardest part since there’s a lot of small movement.
