This is the fabric specifically for Border #5 that was part of the kit provided to me by Vicki Welsh for Tell It To The Stars. I love the look of the hand dyed fabric. I was able to finish border #4 yesterday.
The only thing I had enough energy to do last night was to take the fabric and press it. Maybe I’ll have enough energy tonight to actually cut and possible piece some of the borders together. I’m not holding my breath. I’m in the middle of two projects for work and who knows when I’ll be home from work because of it.

Visiting from WIP Wednesday. Love your quilt project. That fabric is gorgeous. I look forward to seeing how you use it for the next border.
Thank you!
Oh my! What beautiful fabric. I’d be tempted to skip using it as border 5, and just quilt it and hang it as is. Looks like a landscape to me. And the top through border 4 is lovely as is, too. Tempting… 🙂
I was very tempted but I thought it would be a good set off of the current quilt. It took me a few days to cut into it. ;0
Even pressing fabric is a step in the right direction! That fabric is absolutely beautiful!
Thanks Laura!
So pretty! I really like your mix of colors on this top and that pieced border is wonderful.
Thanks!
