Started: December 2022

I first posted about this quilt here, here, and here. I dug this out of hibernation. It was on my February goal list and I took some time with it. I took a picture of the first completed block.

As a reminder, this is a traditional mountain mist pattern and I’m hand applique’ing it and using templates as I was taught in my first quilting class. Here’s the second block I’m working on.

I have most of the pieces laid out and I’ve basted what I have. I need to cut more dark purple petals. Once those are basted I can start applique’ing. I already started before as I was wanting to do some hand work and this was all I had with me while staying at my mom’s house a few months ago.
