A few months ago, I took a road trip to Sedona, Arizona. I drove to Scottsdale first where I met one of my quilt buddies for dinner. She is a transplant from Los Angeles and she joins our guild meetings through Zoom. When life allows she comes to our annual quilt retreat in Temecula. In Scottsdale, we had dinner and the next day I walked around Old Town.

After Old Town, I made my way to Mesa to visit The Attic (cross stitch shop) to check out their wares. If you watch FlossTube you are bound to come across a reference to The Attic and how great it is. I walked around and was able to walk out with 2 kitted projects and 2 patterns only. It could have been much worse and I’m grateful for my restraint. Then I continued on to Sedona.
