This past week was a busy week.  We had Back To School Nights on Tuesday for the boy and then on Thursday for the girl. On Monday, I was able to have dinner with some friends I hadn’t seen in a long time.  On Wednesday, another friend and I went to “Paint Nite” at Burbank’s Bar and Grille.  It was really fun.

Considering we both didn’t have any painting experience, I think it turned out great.  We’re definitely going to try and check out another.  In the meantime, I’m going to hang this up somewhere. 🙂

This weekend I actually have to work.  We’ve got a major project due in a few weeks and we’re a little behind.  I’ll need to get some sewing time in though or I’ll go crazy.  Here’s the sewing plan for the next few days:

1. Raining Cats and Dogs – transfer the image of the dog on to the background
2. quilt 2 blocks for Flowers and Baskets
3. Hampton Ridge – Month 9
