It’s been a couple of weeks so I wanted to check in on where I’m at with yoga.
- week 2 – 3 times
- week 3 – 2 times
- week 4 – 2 times
- week 5 – 2 times
Remember my goal is to go to yoga 5 times a week. I haven’t yet reached it. I am happy to report that I’m consistently attending 2 times a week. I’ll shoot for that third time this week. I’ve also stopped drinking soda. Today is day #3 of being soda free. I’m not going to give up soda forever. I do not have a deadline or goal or anything. I just decided to be soda free for right now. I’ll see how long I can go.
