Moon Glow Finished! 7/31/2016

Moon Glow
Finished!
7/31/2016

Finally got a pic of Moon Glow all finished up.  I can’t for the life of me get a pic without it being all washed out.  🙁  I’m going to have to pull out my real camera for this job and I don’t know when I’ll get to that.  Anyway, I’m taking this to my guild’s show and tell this evening.

Here was my list last week:

  • Hampton Ridge – prep the backing …  not done;
  • Celtic Solstice – continue working on these as my leaders and enders… done
  • Missing Ivy – Work on step #14 … started and I found that I need more of the white fabric.  I’m not sure where I went wrong but I need only a bit more.  I’ve looked everywhere for the original but I can’t find it so I’ll just go to my LQS and see what I can get that’s white on white.
  • Provence – continue working on the alternative blocks … not done
  • Spooky Halloween … Row 2, block 1 – continue to applique more pieces … done…
  • Have yourself a Quilty Little Christmas … Month 2: Block 3 and create my project page. … not done
  • Cross Stitch – For Bukid, continue working on the 4th row. ….done. I actually finished row 4 so I need to get going on row 5.

So this week, here’s my target:

  • Hampton Ridge – prep the backing
  • Celtic Solstice – continue working on these as my leaders and enders… done
  • Missing Ivy – head over to the LQS and buy white on white fabric.  Then, I can continue my work on step #14
  • Provence – continue working on the alternative blocks
  • Spooky Halloween … Row 2, block 1 – continue to applique more pieces
  • Have yourself a Quilty Little Christmas … Month 2: Block 3 and create my project page.
  • Cross Stitch – For Bukid, work on row 5

I’m looking forward to a great week!

  1. Congratulations on finishing Moon Glow, it’s gorgeous, of course! Especially considering you were gone 4 days, I think you did well with your list.
