The kiddo helped me with the top shelf from my last update so that frame is now complete. I’m slowly finishing up the middle frame. I am disappointed that I couldn’t get the third rail in and now I’m stuck with a middle frame that is a bit compromised with how I can use it.

Oh well I will live with it and try not to let it sour my feelings every time I have trouble putting things in and taking things out. I was internally debating on what to do here and decided to put the shelves up first. I only had three shelves left so put those up first. Next I have 2 mini drawers and then a lot of regular drawers. I have more than enough since I originally planned for 4 frames. Once the middle frame is done I have to sit and think on what to do with the empty spot between the middle and right frame.

I was playing with the idea of moving the middle frame slightly so I could fully use the drawers and I may still do that. The only thing is that I’ll have gaps to the left and right of the middle frame. On the left, I could fill it with shoe boxes and that’s where I put my shoes. But I had planned to put my filing box or a real filing cabinet on the right. If I make the gap on the left I won’t have room to put my filing box or cabinet there.

Well, I’ll finish the middle frame and live with it a month or so. I will decide on moving it or not after. I may be ok with how it is. Or I may not be and will try living with the middle frame shifted over.

I do have a whole living room to clean up while I figure that out.
