The vision of how I see my life in 10 years can change over time as I get older, gain experience, learn things about people and myself. But my values generally stay the same. Some years I focus on particular areas while other years I focus on different areas. I used to have my values on an index card lying around somewhere for me to see every day. At some point, I stopped that practice. When I started my first bullet journal last June, I revisited my values and dedicated a page to them. And when I moved to my current bullet journal I continued this practice. The words changed a little bit but the overarching themes remain the same. Here they are in no particular order:

As I translate my vision from a dream in my head onto paper (or computer screen), my values are central to this vision.
