Getting it done – one piece at a time…
I have nothing new to report from the weekend. I just started working on block 2 of Raining Cats and Dogs and I haven’t moved that much further along since Monday. I touched My Hand Quilt only once since then too. Easy Street is out of the machine but I am not yet finished with it. I do not think I’m going to get it done before 11/29. Which is okay with me. I still want to get it done by year end. While I finished Block #2 (September) for Rainbow Garden, I haven’t prepped Block #1 (October) for the retreat on Friday. I know it’s weird – Block #2 came before Block #1 but some times that’s what happens with BOMs.
At the retreat I plan on working on Missing Ivy. I haven’t touched it the last few months and I’m hoping it will re-invigorate my quiltiness.
The end of the year is fast approaching. Are you ready? I’m not. I really need to get my act together so I may have to meditate and just brainstorm everything I need to get done – and figure out which items I absolutely must do, which are to be delegated and which are to be taken off completely.
What is on your WIP Wednesday?
