For the fabric stash:
Last weekend, my baby girl and I went to my favorite LQS and took advantage of their anniversary sale. I already added those numbers in so we’re good on that end. But my baby girl decided she wanted to make herself a pillow. So we bought her fabric. Since it was for her, I didn’t include these in my numbers and I can’t mark them as used. I didn’t help her with the color choices either. She has a great color sense.
Anyway, after sleeping on it for a week, she decided that the color combo didn’t match the quilt on her bed (currently Scrapitude) or her room in general. So Friday, she made another one to match her quilt. I do not have pictures of that one because she’s still sleeping on it. I’ll try to post a picture when she wakes up. She shopped my stash to make that one! 🙂 So I’ve got a bit used! I’m one thrilled mama to have my baby girl suddenly have a desire to sew. She whipped out her bernette and started sewing. I also let her use my Aurifil for the first time and she absolutely loved it.
Update – Here’s a pic of the new pillow…
