Fat Quarter Haul from
So Cal Quilt Run 2015

I have 16 fat quarters from the 8 shops DD and I went to Thursday and Friday for the So Cal Quilt Run. That’s 4 yards to add this week. I’ll be heading out today to hit up a few more shops and hopefully finish up the Run next weekend in San Diego. So I’ll be getting quite a few more yardage the next couple of weeks. Today is the first day of the Row by Row experience. So now if the shops I visit are part of Row by Row I’ll also get a free pattern for that. I would need to have a quilt done by a certain time to win something. I don’t know all the details yet as this is my first time actually playing in this game. But when I get done with the Quilt Run I’ll see what the requirements are to create the quilt and see if it is within my capacity to play.

Very pretty. Looks like a lot of batiks, which are always hard to resisit.
The good news about the row by row is that you have till October 31st to finish a quilt with the patterns.
I know! I’ll see how long it takes me for the first one and we’ll see if I actually do it. I bought the kits for the places that had them so far but we’ll see if I make the deadline. I’m not very good about that part of things. 🙂
Same here. If I set a deadline that’s one thing but if it’s set by someone else I tend to fight against it.
