No fabric in or out. I was able to get the back finished for Celtic Solstice and then I trimmed it to square it up so now I have to measure it again to make sure it is still 120×120. But I’m another step closer to quilting it. I had an itch to work on another project yesterday but didn’t so I hope I find the time to put work on something today.
The fabric stash:
- Used since last time: 0 yards
- Used year to date: 4.25 yards
- Added since last time: 0 yards
- Added year to Date: 8.5 yards
- Net added for 2018: 4.25 yards
For yarn: I bought one ball this week but it’s for a planned sweater. One ball does not a sweater make so… I’m currently making a sweater for my daughter and it’s in the final stages. I’ve got a few more inches of the sleeves to knit and the neck and I’ve got to seam all the pieces together. I’m hoping it will be done in a couple of weeks. The next sweater in the queue is for my son. So I’ve placed an order for the main color but decided to get the contrasting color for the letter while I was at the shop placing the order. That’s the one ball. 🙂
In addition, I finished my February socks and while each sock is about 30g I used Knit Pick Felici and each ball is 50g so in this case, I used 2 balls!
The yarn stash:
- Used since last time: 2 skeins
- Used year to date: 5 skeins
- Added since last time: 1 skeins
- Added year to date: 11 skeins
- Net ADDED for 2018: 6 skein

Sounds like progress all around. Love the socks
Fantastic socks! Very interesting pattern!
Love the socks! Look like you are making headway.
Love the texture on the socks! Congrats on the finish.
Your “bell flower” block is coming right along. I like the look of the hand buttonhole stitches.
